SOUL MATE/ TWIN FLAME DISCOVERY PROCESS - Part 1: Focus on your connection to Love! This class consists of two parts: Part 1, on the Saturday before Valentine's Day, covers soul mate and twin flame relationships, including a discussion of how to recognize a soul mate and a twin flame. The class will also focus on getting ready for your soul mate and twin flame, and finding wholeness and healing in your relationship with yourself. Soul mates and twin flames, as soul partners, bring out the best in each other. They can at times be recognized by love at first sight, unconditional love, and a radiance that the two have together that is lacking when they are apart. A twin flame has the same spiritual origin and unique pattern of spiritual identity as the other twin flame. Coming into contact with your soul mate can bring greater healing and wholeness into one's life. Connecting with your soul mate and/or twin flame can expand one's creativity and personal power. DRAGON & TIGER MEDICAL QIGONG: Dragon and Tiger Medical Qigong is now becoming widely practiced in the United States since it was brought to us by Dr. Bruce Frantzis, a certified Chinese medical arts practitioner, as well as master of several internal arts. This sequence of seven movements takes only about twenty minutes, but is comparable in its results to performing a complete Tai Chi form. It mobilizes the Chi to flush stagnation, and helps to balance and augment the Chi. Unlike many familiar Qigong sequences it works at a very deep level in the eight extraordinary channels, and is widely recognized by Chinese experts as one of the most effective means of enhancing overall health and vitality.
